He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Red" Gattoni and Irene Gattoni (Royland); and his brothers, John "Jack" Gattoni and James Gattoni. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Timmons (Mike Timmons) of West Roxbury and Donna Gattoni of Scituate; his grandchildren, Michael A. Timmons and Toby; his sister Ann Gattoni of Acton; and also Judith Gattoni (Cahill) of Scituate. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donations may be made in Paul's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.

“I am so happy I finally found a spot I can send a loving note about Paul! I knew him first as a neighbor on the lake & then I helped him sell his home on the lake. What a great man he was. So giving and caring, and a great friend. I am so happy he got to enjoy his new home for at least a little while. He was soooo excited to get it and move in! He was quite a decorator with impeccable taste! The last time I spoke to him, I shared I had found his stolen address sign! :) Best, Jodie Mosher-Towle”
