He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde and Iola; and his brother Merle. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Daniel Falby (Lynne) and Cheryl Gay (Ted); his aunt Ruth Payne; and his grandchildren, Sarah Redford (George), Jackson Falby (Katie Little), Emma Gay, Abigail Gay and Clara Gay.
In lieu of flowers Neil's family encourages donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Wells Congregational Church.
