He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Moore (McCarthy) of Lowell, MA and John Moore of County Cork, Ireland.; and his siblings, Ann Marzec of Dracut, MA and James Moore of Nashua, NH.. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Moore (Kuchar) of Biddeford, ME; his daughter Melody Henriquez (Moore); his son-in-law David Henriquez of Boston, MA.; his siblings, Margaret Brady of Plymouth, NH, Eleanor Woods of Akron, OH, John Moore of Colorado Springs, CO and Robert Moore of Tewksbury, MA.; and his close friend Jameson.
At the family's request, donations can be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell.
