He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Rose Lewko (Haggins) of Stone Avenue and William Lewko. He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Whipple (Dana); his son Aaron Whipple (Rosa); his brother James (Sara); his daughter Allyson Lewko; his close friend Brooke S. Tetz of Kennebunk, Maine.; and also, Kristin (Jade), Isabella, David and Michael.
