It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Elaine Webb (Kennebunk, Maine), born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on March 22, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Webb; her parents, Kenneth Penny and Hazel Penny; her brother Allen Penny; and her son Scott Higgins.
She is survived by: her sisters, Sandra Caroll, Deanne (Harry Ross) and Joyce (Carl Walz); her nephew David Webster; her great-nephew Colby; and her nieces, Lori Antonides, Diane Jewett and Denise Hodsdon. She is also survived by her sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.
