He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Leslie Perry, Sr. and Bertha Jackson Perry; and his siblings, Sherman Perry, Jr. and Gloria Perry. He is survived by: his friend Street Band; his daughter Alexandria Marie Perry of Reno, Nevada; his sister Diane Perry of Kennebunk; his former wife Audrey Kuhn Perry of Reno, Nevada; his significant other Dawn Ames of Kennebunk; his sister-in-law Valerie Kuhn Reid of Arundel, Maine; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Reid of Kennebunk, Lance Reid, James Howard of Kennebunk, Laura Reid of Stamford and Amy Ward Desjardins of Waterboro, Maine.; and his friend Lloyd. He is also survived by friends and family.
