He was predeceased by: his father Carl R. Perkins. He is survived by: his mother Patricia A. Perkins of Arundel; his brothers, Herman G. Perkins (Laurie) and Michael C. Perkins (Brenda); his niece Ashley Perkins; and his nephew Adam Perkins.
