She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick B. Chick and Clyda B. Chick; her husband Henry D. Stephenson (Hank); and her former spouse Payson Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Sally Perkins of Kennebunk, ME, Margaret "Peggy" Perkins of West Roxbury, MA and Stephen Perkins (Gabrielle) of Etters, PA; her grandchildren, Anna Montoya (Kyle Melo), Matthew, Eleanor (Philip Strayer), Caroline and Thomas Perkins; her stepchildren, Chip Stephenson of Arundel and Karen Stephenson Wnek of Scarborough, ME; her adoptive daughter Hassina Taylor (Michael); her daughter Jamila of Lyman, ME; her niece Christina McAnuff of Cape Elizabeth, ME; and her nephew Douglas Perkins of Vermont.
