He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Kennedy and Alice M. Kennedy (Ackley); his son Dennis Kennedy; and his granddaughters, Aviana Lee and Emily.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry L. Kennedy (Goulet) of Kennebunk; his children, Michael Cook of Kennebunk, Scott Kennedy (Barbara) of Chelsea, ME and Michelle Cook of Kennebunk; his siblings, Richard Kennedy of Portland, ME, Jean Cameron (Steven) and Tammy Kelton (Dana) of Sanford; and his great grandchild Riley Lee.
