She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nicholas Kostis and Efterpi Kostis (Parliari); her husband James Throumoulos (Truman); her brother Ernest Kostis; her sons, Peter J Truman (Truman) and Nicholas C Truman of Pine Point; and her granddaughter Alison S. Truman. She was also cherished by many godchildren, nieces and nephews and dear family members and friends.
In Ft Lauderdale, Helen was proud of her involvement in the Cystic Fibrosis foundation and planned many a "Black Tie" Fashion fundraiser.
