He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred A. Clough Jr. and Josephine Bernice Kantauskis; his wife Carol Elizabeth Rivers; his brother Jeffory Clough; his parents-in-law, Charles G. Rivers and Mabel Esther Erhardt; his siblings-in-law, Becky Clough and Charles "Skip" Rivers Jr.; and his nephew Mark Rivers.
He is survived by: his sons, Fred IV (Deborah) and Andrew (Tynlee); his grandchildren, Cameron, Samuel, Emma and Julia; his siblings, Kate, Scott and David (Sachiko); his sister-in-law Joyce; his nieces and nephews, Karen, Miyoko, Mamiko, Mikaela (TJ), Ian (Flora) and Kotaro (Morgan); and his cousins, Jan, Joseph, Jeannie, Judy, Martha and Peter.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to an animal care organization close to the donor's heart.
