He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Van Sickle (Davidson); his daughters, Jamie Barth of Kennebunk, Laura Van Sickle of New York City and Annie Van Sickle Ingraham of Saco; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Lauren Barth, Jack and Carson Ingraham.
