She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl O. Hilton Sr. and Hazel Simmons Hilton; her spouse Gail Boston; and her siblings, Phyllis Gavel, Frank Hilton, Earl Hilton Jr. and Doris Horne.

She is survived by: her daughter Darlene Severance; her grandchildren, Todd Severance (Dash Padham) and Melissa Roy (Dan Roy); her great grandchildren, Austin and Halle Roy; and her sister Frances Johnson.

“It is with tremendous sadness that i learned today of elizabeth's passing. What a wonderful woman she was. Always polite, kind, and caring. She was one of my favorite residents to spend time with at evergreen. Her greatest love was obvious, that being her daughter, darlene. Another was her love of music. I truly enjoyed our time together listening to music at evergreen. Always a happy time for her. Thoughts and prayers to darlene and family. Fondly, sharon parlin (volunteer at evergreen)”
