She was predeceased by: her parents, Alta Blair and Leander Williams. She is survived by: her husband Michael Costello; her children, Carol Costello Worthington (Paul) and Cash; her granddaughter Cathy Marvin (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Laura, Rachel and Heather.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Animal Welfare Society in Kennebunk, Maine, an organization dear to Donna's heart.
