It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Morris Markowitz (Kennebunk, Maine), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Markowitz and Selma Lee Markowitz (Levy). He is survived by: his wife Dawn Connolly Markowitz of Kennebunkport; his siblings, Steven Markowitz (Mary Haviland) of Brooklyn, NY, Martha Markowitz of Newton, MA and Alice Markowitz (Rick Glassman) of Arlington, MA; his stepchildren, Seth Martel of Manchester, CT and Morgan Martel-Tanguay (Brian Kumph) of West Kennebunk, ME; and his granddaughter Alexandra Tanguay of Kennebunkport, ME. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as numerous friends.
