She is survived by: her sister Cheri Johnson (Joe); her nephews, Sean Donohue (Kristen Puryear), Timothy Donohue, Thomas Johnson (Brooke) and Joey Johnson; her niece Katherine McAllister; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brennan Donohue, Tyler Donohue, Cole Donohue, Michael Donohue, Maeve Donohue, Morgan Donohue, Gillian McAllister, Fiona McAllister and Calum McAllister.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in Carolyn's name to the Parkinson's Foundation, Heifer International, or a charity of personal choice.
