He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Cowgill and John Cowgill; his siblings, Paul Cowgill and Ann Temn; and his grandson Thomas Cowgill.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Bouchard; his daughters, Belinda Woodsum of Arundel, Rebecca Bonner of Waterboro and Betsy Pierce of South Portland; his grandchildren, Seth of Arundel and Leah Woodsum; his close friends, KarenLee and Cornelia; and also, Tony and Bert.
