He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Mullins Sr.; and his sister-in-law Sharon Alley. He is survived by: his wife Holly Alley Mullins; his children, Tashaun Gordon, Bonnie Jo Mullins, Susan Mullins and Matthew Mullins; his brother Thomas Mullins Jr. (Kim); his niece Shannon Dolan; his parents-in-law, Win Alley and Bonnie; his siblings-in-law, Laurie (Dan Charbonneau) and David Alley (Heather); and also, Branson and Quintin.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be greatly appreciated.
