He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Albee and Marion Albee (Ackley); and his siblings, William, George, Richard, Paul, Clinton (Mickey), Carl Albee, Leonice Parsons, Christine Albee, Stella Thompson and Mary Albee.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Albee (Emerson); his brothers, Donnie Albee (Claudia) and Wayne Albee; his daughter Michelle Alley (Preston); his nieces, Janice Albee and Brenda Albee; his grandsons, Jacob Alley (Katie), Kendrik Alley (Rana Turchi) and Adrian Alley; his great grandchild Nova Lucille Alley; and his siblings-in-law, Clifton Emerson, Alberton Merritt Sr. (Bo), Darlene Carver (Byron Carver Jr), Nellie Emerson, Janie Emerson and Jackie Emerson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
