She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton White and Marion White; her former husband Delwin Woodward; her husband Robert Smith; and her grandson Timothy Leddy.
She is survived by: her grandson Carl (family: Betty); her children, Catherine Leddy (Tom) of Brownsville, Texas and Carl Woodward (Rebecca Dostie) of Belgrade; her granddaughters, Jennifer Shreiner (Sabastian) and Jeanna Carver (Byron); and her great grandchildren, Jazmin, Kennedi Carver, Coraline and Nadia Shreiner.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Betty's memory to The Ark Animal Shelter, Cherryfield, ME.
