He was predeceased by: his father Francisco Antonio Rivera Caraballo. He is survived by: his mother Edith Velez Pagan; his siblings, Jose and Zenaida Rivera Velez; his nephews, Omar of Puerto Rico and Joel of Puerto Rico; his niece Michelle Rivera of Puerto Rico; his significant other Mamie Rackliff of Jonesport; and his sons, Christopher Rackliff (Angela) of Columbia and Scott Rackliff (Jenny) of Jonesport.
