He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank S. and Jessie; his wife Evelyn Anne Dowling (Look); his children, Marilyn Dowling (Alan Brooks), Steve Dowling (Shelly), Phil Dowling (Hilary Nolan) and Gary Dowling (Sue); his grandchildren, Kelly, Kimberly, Zara, Tessa, Luke, Kevin, Eric and Brian; his great grandchildren, Katie, Ben, Jacob and Taylor; his niece Meredith Anson; and his nephew Mark Mawhinney.
