He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Newell Maker and Marjorie Foley Maker; his wife Betty Davis; his children, Kimberley Roberts of West Kennebec, Scott (Andrea) of North Yarmouth, Douglas (Tara) of Naples, Julie Crema (Michael) of Litchfield, NH and Belinda Haines of Huber Heights, OH.; his grandchildren, Austin, Isaiah, Leah Roberts, Elena Maker Castro, Clay, Liam, Caroline Maker, Sam, Elliot, Abigail Maker, Sydney, Olivia and Jonah Crema; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Archer Roberts, Elizabeth Roberts and Theodore Lydick; his siblings, Jean Ackley (Leslie), Jay (Vicki Maker) and Marvin Maker; his brother-in-law Arnold Davis Jr. (Noni); and his friend Walter "Capt" Merritt (Nancy).
It took a global pandemic in 2020 to finally slow him down.
