He was predeceased by: his wife Samantha; his father Herb; his nephew Tyler Holbrook; and his grandparents, Herb Maynard, Nancy Cheever, Charles "Buster" and Jeannette Gamage.
He is survived by: his children, Kaylin, Waylin and Gibson; his mother-in-law Stephanie Flint; his siblings, Michael of Boothbay, Matthew of Boothbay, Marc (Stephanie) of Boothbay, Keith and Joya of Belfast; and his close friend Will Morton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Vicky Holbrook, P.O. Box 846, Boothbay Harbor, ME 04538, for the care of Shale's three children. Donations for funeral expenses would be appreciated also.
