He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Greenleaf and Arlene D. Greenleaf (Tripp); his wife Joan; his daughter Tracy L. Greenleaf; and his brother Robert E. Greenleaf.
He is survived by: his son Terry Greenleaf; his grandchildren, Tara L. Fitch (Andrew), Travis A. Greenleaf (Erica), Caleb L. Greenleaf, Cody R. Greenleaf and Carson R. Greenleaf; his great grandchildren, Jace E. Fitch, Malachi T. Fitch, Evelynn L. Fitch and Sophia L. Greenleaf; and his brother Ronald Greenleaf of Jay.
