He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Frazier and Clara E. Frazier (Mandigo); and his siblings, Peter Frazier, Jean Sullivan and Carol Carey.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Frazier; his children, Darcy Lynn Frazier of Jay, Tammy Paradis (Darian) of Jay and Thomas Frazier (Janet) of Livermore Falls; his grandchildren, Alan Cook, Samantha Campbell, Justin Cook, Brittany Morissette, Jacob Paradis, Alexa Newcomb and Caden Frazier; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Cook, Willow Cook, Addison Campbell, Ava Campbell, Lilah Campbell, Ivy Campbell and Landon Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 64 Jewell Street, Jay, Maine.
