He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cook of Jay; his daughters, Patti Cook of Jay, Shari Maxwell (John) of Leeds, Kathy Thompson (Shawn) of Wilton, Teri Poulin, Greg Snowden of Greenville and Christine Wilsey (John) of Livermore Falls; his sister Betty Goglia of Punta Gorda; his grandchildren, Michelle of Crystal, David, Dana, Derek, Shauna, Brittany, Racheal, Brandon, Caitlyn, Mykayla, Destiny, Nathaniel, Dominic, Josiah and Ellyannah; and his brother-in-law David Hobert of Farmington.
