She was predeceased by: her parents, Christie Rines (Stevens) and Everett Rines; and her son Don Philbrook. She is survived by: her husband Don Philbrook of Jay; her daughters, Brenda Spearrin (Tom Graham), Missy Shaw (Jim), Lisa Clayton and Theresa Philbrook of Newport; her grandchildren, Tyler, Justin, Brandon, Marissa, Sarah, Josh, Brooklyn, Taylor and Scott; her great grandchildren, Allison, Eden, Gabriel, Harper, Riley, Charles, Myles, Valentina and Henry; and her siblings, Everett, Gloria, Nancy, Robert and Brenda.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Salvation Army.
