He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome A., Sr. and Patricia Flagg (Pollis); and his grandparents, Theodore, Dorothea Flagg (Quinn), Leroy and Carrie Pollis (Stevens).
He is survived by: his son Brandon S. A. Flagg of Jay; his siblings, Debra Richard of Glenville, NY, Kimberly Ward of Stewartstown, PA, Joseph Flagg of Fayette, Todd Flagg (Elsie Goldstein) of Berkeley, MA, Theodore Flagg of Livermore, Russell Flagg of Livermore Falls and Dorothea Doiron of Turner; the mother of his child Jamie Poland of Jay; and his brothers, Stephan Ross of Chesterville, Jalen Mitchell of Chesterville and Jasiah Grose of Chesterville. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
