He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethan L. Baxter Sr. and Margie Fitch; his daughters, Kathy Baxter and Margie Wright; and his brothers, Clinton, Calvin and Earl Baxter (Lois Medcoff).
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Baxter of Burlington and Susan Baxter of Tucson; his stepdaughters, Brenda Medcoff and Terri Harris of Jay; and his close friends, Dana Morse, Christie Lee, Linda Autrey and Glen White. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
