She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Alexander and Marion Alexander (Grant); her husbands, Paul Smith and Roland Houle; and her son Martin Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Peter Smith (Joanie) of Bodfish, Richard Smith of Bodfish, Joe Smith (Marlene) of Mechanic Falls, Carol Driollet of Jemez Springs, NM., Anna Sockbeson (Leon) of Perry, Shelby Smith of Jemez Springs, NM., Mary Smith Tobin of Williams, AZ., Brenda Ackerman (Randy) of Eustis, Patty Davis (Steve) of Turner, Paula Guild of Mission Viejo, CA. and Melinda Meyers (Ben) of Auburn; her stepchildren, Gary Houle of Sangerville, Debra Salsted (Paul) of Morrisville, NC. and Bonnie Alpander of Shapleigh; her siblings, Keith Alexander, Tina Dupont and Barbara Davis (Bill); and also Marietta Kaprinay of Stratton. She is also survived by 58 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
