He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlon A. Palmer and Ethelind H. Palmer (Sleeper); and his wife Velma May Palmer. He is survived by: his daughter Bonney Lynn Palmer Daniels; his son-in-law James Daniels; his grandchildren, Emily A Caldwell and Jessie M Caldwell; and his brother-in-law Leonard Pendleton. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews, and many other family members.
