He was predeceased by: his parents, Eursel Dunphy and Bill Dunphy; his son Leon Bud Jr.; his grandson Eric; and his siblings, Phyllis Drew, Mary Roberts, David Dunphy and Sharon Dubois.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret of Island Falls; his children, Carrie Lee Dunphy, Bill McGee of Alaska, Scott Dunphy of Island Falls, Carol Dunphy of Island Falls, Sherry Willigar of Island Falls, Kent Willigar of Island Falls and Pat Dunphy of Island Falls; his siblings, Robert Dunphy of Island Falls and Jane Harrigan (Babes) of Escutney, VT; and also, Ava Dunphy (Lee), Bishop of Island Falls and Evelyn Dunphy of Island Falls. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
