He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carr (Bud) and Ada Carr (Scott); his daughter Kara; his brothers, Dwane and Larry; and his in-laws, Bill and Avis Unterreiner.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Car (Unterreiner) of Island Falls; his children, Stephane Unterreiner of Medway and Steven Carr of New Hampshire; his grandchildren, Gage, Bailey, Zoe and Deklan; and his siblings, Spencer Carr of Island Falls, Andrew (Lorraine Car), Debra Carr of Monticello, Marada Armour of Smyrna, Daniel Carr of Island Falls, Ronald (Terri Carr), Erva Botting of Island Falls and Rawdn (Laurie Carr). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the RIP Museum (54 Sherman St, Island Falls, ME 04747).
