She is survived by: her children, Rita Purdy, Jessica Purdy, Tanna Ackley (Scott), Cheyanne Lewey and Nate Purdy; her grandchildren, Timothy, Donavon Blue, Anjelita Muniz, Asher Ackley and Lydia Lewey; her sister Shirley Springer (Leonard) of Dixon, IL; her nephews, Jason and Robert Hitchcock; and her friend Sonya Dana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
