She is survived by: her children, Christina Morin (Margarito) of Sealy, TX, Horace Neptune (Tanya Brown) of Princeton, Ernest Neptune (Melissa) of Pleasant Point and Benjamin Neptune III (Daleen Bowen) of Pleasant Point; her sister Theresa Downing of Indian Township; her grandchildren, Charles Neptune (Liane), Nakoma Polches, Zachery (Alma Neptune), Kylie, Wiphun, Ntusis Neptune, Alisia (Stephen McGinley II), Ruben, Jessica Morin, Alison Trott, Horace Jr., Raymond, Brent, Noel, Benny, Estelle Neptune, Derek, Dalton, Landon Neptune, Jessica Hersom, Darian, Tre and Elise Neptune; her great grandchildren, Shaniah Neptune and Eliana McGinley; her nieces and nephews, Joseph Mitchell Sr., Jake Lola, Lisa Cox, Audrey Harnois and Bernadette Francis (Gene); and her close friends, Mary Creighton, Betty Mitchell, Gracie Davis, Lorraine Francis, Gracie Emmett, Tony Nicholas and Soctomah.
