He is survived by: his wife Regina Burke; his child Tristan Creeley (Sandy); his stepson Cameron of Augusta, Maine.; his sister Charlotte Creeley of Brocton, MA; his half-siblings, Sarah Creeley of Hercules, CA, Kate Creeley of Boulder, CO, Will Creeley (Serafina) of Moorestown, NJ and Hannah Cedarmark (Craig) of Philadelphia, PA; and his stepmother Penelope Creeley of Buffalo, NY.. He is also survived by in-laws and nieces and nephews.
