It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Hanlon (Hudson, Maine), born in Waltham, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 24, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul Hanlon, Maurice "Moe" Hanlon, John Hanlon and Marguerite Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Karen J. Murphy (Gregg) of Maynard, Elizabeth L. Maffattone (Nicholas) of Londonderry, NH, Peter F. Hanlon (Sandra) of Westboro, Thomas R. Hanlon (Susan) of Dorchester and Andrew A. Hanlon (Alison) of Lowell; his siblings, Jeannine Davis, Michael Hanlon, James Hanlon, Marylou Hanlon and Terence Hanlon; and his grandchildren, Cara, Kathleen Murphy, Juliana, Joseph, Amy Maffattone, Emily and Jake Hanlon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
