He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Slowikowski, Sr. and Evelyn Slowikowski (Dobson) of Howland; and his brother Brian Slowikowski (Lincoln) of Howland. He is survived by: his son Derrick Slowikowski (Jennifer); and his brothers, Frank Jr. (Theresa), Richard (Lori), James (Amy Russell) of Sidney and Brent (Monica). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
