With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victoria Higgins (Houlton, Maine), who passed away on September 21, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Howe and Bridget Howe; her son Mark Lawrence Howe; and her siblings, Thomas Howe, Gordon Howe, Joseph Howe, Lawrence Howe and Rita Stephens.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick Higgins of Littleton; her children, Louise, Kathleen (Kathy), Duffy and Danny; and her sisters, Nancy Lutz (Tom), Jenny Howe and Marie Amero. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and several God-children.
