He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Bartlett and Kathleen Bartlett (Crandall); his siblings-in-law, Herschel Conlogue, Richard Gogan and Gertrude Lewis; his nephew Kevin Conlogue; and his niece Suzanne Moran.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Bartlett (Folsom); his children, David Bartlett (Laurie), Janet Sargent (Alan), Jennifer Gogan (Ritchie), Heather Quimby (Chris) and Angela Graham (Shawn); his sister Jane Conlogue; and his caregivers, Mary Hill, Tonya Fitzpatrick, Denise Blake, Debbie Beers and Dwight Glidden. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, several in-laws that became family, not outlaws, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
