She is survived by: her significant other Ervin Farrar (Harvey) of Hodgdon; her children, Arthur Carroll Jr. of Houlton, Greg Dow, Angie Dow, Stephanie, Roxanne, Theresa, Bryant and Robbie; and her sisters, Mary Ellen Blinn of New Limerick and Rose Barrett. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
