He is survived by: his brother Cecil Gallagher (Ada); his children, Cecil Gallagher, Raye Porter (David Porter), Renae Alexandre and Kathy Grant (Greg Grant); his grandson Travis Gallagher; and his stepgrandchildren, David Porter, Shelly Porter and Stephanie Porter.
