He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sr. Parks and Ella Parks (Chambers); and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Ben (Tracy Parks) and Bethany Parks (Ryan Bouknight) of Charleston, SC; his granddaughter Charlotte; his sister Cheryl Jones (Ed) of Sanborn, NY; his mother-in-law Phyllis Oliver of Houlton; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Parks of Houlton, Shirley Oliver of Houlton and Kathy Mooers (Butch) of Bangor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close lifetime friends.
