With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Gray Virgie of Houlton, Maine, who passed away on December 1, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Shirley Williams, John, Kenny Gillis (Susan) and Buddwood Shain. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nikki (Donny Ledbetter), Budd (Dawn Shain), Jordan (Cindy Shain), Robby Gillis, Anna (Nathan Horn), Mia (Jake Del Gais), Jack (Michelle Sutorius), Johnna (Marco Tropepe) and Jared (Mary Namm); and her great grandchildren, Will, Neve Ledbetter, Harrison, Miles Shain, Jackson, Willow Shain, Aidan, London Tropepe, Gia, Chloe Namm, Ellie Foss, Isla and Leo Horn. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
