He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harrigan and Janice Harrigan (Hanna). He is survived by: his sister Anne Harrigan (Brad Saxton); his niece Kate; his nephew Michael Saxton; his sister Barb Harrigan; his niece Hannah Elliott; his nephew Sean McEvoy; his sister Liz Shane; his nephews, Dylan and Adam Shane; his siblings, Peter Harrigan, Mary Harrigan and Kathleen Harrigan; his nieces and nephews, Sawyer and Camille Knowles; and his cousins, Don Jr. and Blaine Thompson.
