She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Boyington and Virgi Boyington (Gaskin); her siblings, Gertrude Healey, Eleanore Dunnell, Alta Peters, Ralph Boyington and Robert Boyington; her former husband Frank McDonald; the father of her children Frank McDonald; and her pet Phoebe.
She is survived by: her close friends, Shirley Fernald, Patti George and Barbara Peavey; her brother Bill Boyington; and her children, Terry McDonald of Bangor, Thomas McDonald (Sharon) of Bangor, Elizabeth Freeman of Millinocket and Brother Bill Boyington (Brenda) of Millinocket. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Millinocket Cemetery. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Nazarene Church.
