She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Smith and Eva Smith (Anderson); her husband Conrad Bouchard; and her son Robert Bouchard. She is survived by: her children, Roger (Nancy Bouchard), Paulette Rosebush of Hodgdon, Randall (Tracy Bouchard) and Douglas (Sara Bouchard); and her brother Lawrence Smith of Monticello. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren, one sister.
