He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Shay and Callie Shay (Davis); and his brother Danny. He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Shay; his daughters, Heidi (Nic Parker), Kristen (Craig Whiting) and Kallie (Noah McLaughlin); his niece Missy; his grandsons, Larry Dean, Patrick and Emery; and his siblings, Joan Shuttleworth, Linda Russell and Peter Shay. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
