It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Curry (Houlton, Maine), born in Canterbury, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. McGillicuddy and Margaret McGillicuddy (Collins); her husband Louis; her daughter Jane; her grandson Joseph; and her siblings, Mary Dever, Charles, Louis, Francis and Con.
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Terrence W, SJ of Weston, MA, Susan Conlogue of Pittsford, NY, Ellen Libby (Matt) of Castle Hill, ME, Michael (Lucille) of Millis, MA and Anne Curry-Smith (Mark) of Mentor, OH; her granddaughter Sara Tuccio (Michael); her children, Alison Winslow (Tim), Matthew J. Libby, Caroline Douville (Matthew) and Thomas Curry (Alyssa); her great grandchildren, Jack Tuccio, Kayla Libby, Molly Tuccio, Parker Libby, Laurelai Winslow, Charley Libby, Thomas Douville, Gabrielle Douville, James Douville and Shea Curry; and her siblings-in-law, Joanne McGillicuddy, Elaine McGillicuddy, Dianne Curry and Philip Curry (Polly). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and several great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.
